Given: - Smoking policy for the building, whether or not smoking is allowed.
Policy: - Bedbugs. History and current treatment status.
Status: - Common area electricity. Required when the tenant's meter serves anything outside their unit, such as a hallway light or a shared basement.
Applies: - Where the security deposit is held. The institution and account type.
